Warranty Period: The warranty period begins from the date of purchase. Please retain your proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, as it will be required to make a warranty claim.

Warranty Claims: In the event of a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase, photographs, or other documentation to support your claim.
